A match is made when both you and another user like each other's profiles.
Can I cancel my membership? +
Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime from the account settings.
Can I request a refund? +
How to match and chat with someone? +
Like other profiles, once they like you back, it's a match, and then you can chat with them.
What is ID approval and why is it important? +
ID approval involves verifying your documents. This gives you a verification badge and increases your authenticity.
Why am I seeing blurred pictures of others? +
If users have set their photos as private, you will see them blurred until they choose to reveal them.
Can I ask them to reveal their private photos? +
Yes, but only after you both like each other’s profiles.
Can I change my subscription plan? +
Yes, you can cancel your current subscription and subscribe to a new plan.
Can I make my photos private? +
Yes, you can make your photos private either while editing your profile or through account settings.
Can I restrict my profile to specific countries? +
Yes, by selecting the countries you want your profile to be visible in through account settings. By default, it will be visible to all countries.
What does the diamond badge mean? +
The diamond badge signifies that the user is a premium user.
What does the green tick badge mean? +
The green tick badge indicates that the user is a verified user.
Can I block a user so they cannot send me messages? +
Yes, go to the Matches section and unmatch the user, and they won’t be able to send you messages anymore.
Can I report a user? +
Yes, you can report a user from their profile.
Can I filter profiles of my choice? +
Yes, from the Discover page, click the filter button in the top right to adjust your preferences.
Can I see who liked me or visited me? +
Yes, you can see who visited you in the Visitor section under Interactions in the bottom tab.
Can I find a profile again which I passed previously? +
Yes, go to Interactions in the bottom tab and check for visits under the top section.
How the App Works
At Sunnis4Marriage, we’ve designed a user-friendly app to help you find your perfect partner. Here’s how it works:
Create Your Profile
Sign up and complete your profile with personal details, interests, and preferences to attract compatible matches.
Discover Profiles
Use advanced search filters to explore profiles that align with your values and expectations.
Like Profiles
Like profiles you’re interested in, and wait for them to like you back. When both users like each other, it's a match!
Start Chat
Once you and other user liked each other then it will be a match and you can start chat.
Ask for Photo Reveal
Private photos will appear blurr to you. Once you got a match, you can ask them to reveal photo by sending a reveal request
Approve Identity
Submit your ID documents to verify your ID. This will give you more authenticity.!
Edit Profile
Goto your Profile and edit it. You can update all the info except gender and date of birth.
Photo Privacy
You can make photo private or public. Private photos show blurr to others. Only matches can request you to revreal your photos.
Restrict Profile Visibility
You can restrict your profile visibility to specific countries from account settings.
